Bilingual classes were charged with the task of creating two different escape rooms. A challenge I hoped would help them put to use practical and logical thinking using English. They created different challenges and puzzles using English grammar such as, sentence structure and writing, speaking and listening comprehension. I was very impressed by their creativity and hard work! All while having fun!

Pierwszy raz brałam udział w szkolnym escape roomie i muszę przyznać, że przeszedł moje oczekiwania! Podobał mi się nie tylko sam pomysł, ale przede wszystkim wykonanie. Widać było, że uczniowie, którzy tworzyli te historie, byli w swoje projekty zaangażowani i im samym sprawiały one przyjemność, co odczuwało się w trakcie – moim zdaniem historie jak i scenki zostały wymyślone i odegrane po mistrzowsku! Oby tylko więcej takich inicjatyw.

The preparations for the escape room were chaotic because we haven’t consulted our ideas with the other class but everything went really well. The theme was Scooby Dooso we could dive into our childhood memories in order to figure out ideas. We enjoyed solving the clues and we got a chance to socialise and work with our peers.
